OIDCI is in need of the following:

HRD Officer

General Job Description: Preparation of training proposals, including training designs/training modules, and training materials and syllabus;

Course/training administration and management, including quality assurance, course assessment, Training Needs Assessment (TNA), course evaluation and training documentation.
Qualifications: Candidate must have an academic background in Education or any related field in Social Sciences; Preferably with 5 years of related working experience in the fields of Training or Organizational Development (OD) practices; Excellent working knowledge in Microsoft Office; Willing to travel outside Metro Manila; Proficient in English, spoken and written.

Project Development Officer

General Job Description: Preparation of Expression of Interest and Eligibility Documents (ED) in response to advertisement and invitations to bid; Assistance in proposal preparations, including identification of partner/s and Consultants, coordinating team meetings and brainstorming sessions and integration, quality control and final packaging of technical and financial proposal; Establishing and maintaining regular contacts in target agencies and other priority target agencies, and consulting partners; Seeking referrals / making contacts for new local and international/foreign consultants for inclusion in Consultants Database.

Qualifications: Candidate must have an academic background in Economics or any related field in Social Sciences; Preferably with 3 years of related working experience in a development consulting business or management consulting firm; Excellent working knowledge in Microsoft Office; Willing to travel outside Metro Manila; Proficient in English, spoken and written.
